On Friday morning, Year 2 walked to Grantham Town Centre to see a life sized Whale. We climbed inside the giant inflatable whale and became Ocean explorers. We learnt all about the dangers of plastic pollution and how it can harm our Oceans and environment. 

We then went to The Reading Room to listen to some ocean themed stories.  A big thank you to Laura for hosting us - what a beautiful book shop you have!

Year 2 were a credit to our school with super manners and great listening skills.
