Parental Communication

The teachers in school use Tapestry in Reception and See Saw from years 1 to 6 to communicate with parents about what their child is doing in school.

For general school communications and payments the school uses ParentPay.

For more information on these communication methods see below:

Tapestry is an online Learning Journal that we use in school for our Reception children. This is used to create and share observations that record your child's learning and special moments provide a valuable insight into the child’s home life for teachers, and can be kept as a wonderful keepsake of a child’s early education.

Seesaw is used from Year 1 to Year 6 to communicate between class teachers and parents for homework etc. It is not to be used to communicate child absence or meeting requests. These need to go through the school office.

ParentPay is the system that we use in school for:

  • ordering and paying for school meals

  • booking and paying for breakfast club

  • paying for and giving parental permission for school visits

  • sending out all school correspondence e.g. letters and newsletters

You will receive a welcome email with registration details when your child joins the school. For more information and help guides please click: https://parent-support.parentpaygroup.com/hc/en-gb/categories/4407704072081-ParentPay
